#1. MeStrength drink mix is manufactured by a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant, Kosher and Organic certified company that holds the highest AIB ratings.

#2. Once the drink mix has been manufactured, we subject it to 5 days of microbiological testing to confirm 100% purity after which it is sent to our manufacturer for packaging.

#3. The drink mix is packed by our production manufacturer, a company located in Southern California, that is both GMP and ISO 9001 certified.

#4. During the packaging process, our stick packs use a nitrogen filler to keep the powder dry and fresh for extended shelf life, ensuring you received the highest quality product.

Muscle cells require two essential ingredients to function properly - fluid and energy. Mestrength provides both of these in a zero calorie, sugar-free beverage that combines 5 key electrolytes for hydration with 5 grams of creatine for performance to help athletes get the most out of their workouts.

The electrolytes in Mestrength are at the same concentration as what is present in the blood (Isotonic). If the concentration was higher, then it would be hypertonic and the body would work hard to make it isotonic, so fluid would leave the cells and enter the in intestine. If it were hypotonic, the opposite reaction would occur – both of which wouldn’t allow for adequate hydration of the cells. During extreme exercise, cells lose fluid; and having a solution that rapidly crosses into the bloodstream to replace this fluid is key to performance.

All of the electrolytes that are used in the product are 100% bio-available (able to be used by the body), e.g. the calcium in the product is available as 30 mg of usable calcium. It also has potassium (30mg), sodium (60 mg), magnesium (15mg), and phosphorus (15 mg).



When a beverage has sugar in it, the intestinal cells need to work to transport the sugar (and fluid) from the intestine into the body, delaying the availability of fluid and sugar to the cells that need it. By using a sugar free sweetener (all-natural Stevia), Mestrength does not require this active transport, resulting in quick rehydration.  


The addition of creatine to this electrolyte mix takes MESTRENGTH to the next level. Muscle cells require a chemical called Adenosine Triphospate (ATP) as a source of energy and creatine is used by the body to create ATP. Therefore, MESTRENGTH helps muscles to build and replenish their supply of ATP, providing them with the energy needed for prolonged activity. The end result? Increased muscle energy.


Additionally, the byproduct of rigorous exercise is an accumulation of lactic acid which is responsible for muscle soreness; however, because MESTRENGTH helps replenish ATP, muscles produce less lactic acid.  The end result? Decreased muscle soreness.

There are many studies that help to substantiate these physiologic effects, one of which was conducted in 2012 by a group from the Centre for Sports Science and Human Performance (UK) who looked at creatine supplementation with specific view to exercise and sports performance. Their findings were quite beneficial to the endurance athlete: “its [creatine] supplementation increases creatine storage and promotes a faster regeneration of ATP between high intensity exercises. These improved outcomes will increase performance and promote greater training adaptations.”
